A day in your life as a CRM System Administrator

Under the direction of the CRM Manager, this position is responsible for the administration of the customer relationship management (CRM) application.  This includes the maintenance, support and updating of the CRM application, and is not limited to, managing multiple user profiles, data fields, entities, option sets, security roles and field level security.  If applicable or appropriate, assists in business unit’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and Bank policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to Fair Banking, Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations, Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act.


We’ll give you these important responsibilities…

  • Provides application users with applicable and appropriate technical support including, but not limited to, application training and logging and tracking identified system problems through resolution.
  • Performs administrative tasks, such as:  creating account profiles, configuring entity views and screens; defining data fields; creating personal views, advanced find, option sets, charts and reports.
  • Works with business area management, business analysts, application users, developers and core development team to create, document and prioritize business requirements from multiple business areas into a uniform sales process.
  • Supports testing process, including developing a test plan library, updating test plans and coordinating User Acceptance Testing with system users including data validation and reports.
  • Creates and maintains training and help related materials on processes, policies, and application configuration for users as applications are developed.
  • Participates in the development of detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports and provides updates to business leadership.
  • Assists with strategic planning & analysis, creating and managing project workflow, data validation, and triggers.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.



  • Minimum 2 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility, working with systems, technology, products, process reengineering, training, risk, procurement, or project management. 
  • Including or in addition, 1 year of experience working with professional staff, functional resources, and project teams or equivalent work experience. 
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred.


Technical Skills: 

  • Demonstrated proficiency and expertise with personal computers in a networked environment and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) or similar software. 
  • Knowledge of or ability to use Bank software and systems.
  • Experience as administrator for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 preferred. 


Other Job Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Must be analytical, detail oriented and organized. 
  • Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated team and or project management experience and abilities, including working with internal and external stakeholders of varying levels. 
  • Able to use various technologies to facilitate communication, financial analysis and project meetings as required. 
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including holidays, weekends and evenings as needed.
