CHILD & FAMILY SERVICE Private, nonprofit since 1899 PART-TIME PROGRAM SECRETARY Performs secretarial duties, answering phone calls, recordkeeping, and administrative detail and follow-up functions. High school, plus additional specialized training at business, community college, or other formal training program.Over two years, up to and including four years. Parent Partners provide direct services to families/caregivers at Family Guidance Center/Family Court Liaison Branch. Works with family, assigned Care Coordinator/Treatment Team. Attends meetings with family to support and encourage their voice to be heard. Parent Partner must be a parent/caregiver with "lived experience" as a primary caregiver for a youth with serious mental health challenges, and who has been certified or is eligible to be a Parent Support Provider (PSP) by the National Federation of Families. LIFE SKILLS SPECIALIST TRANSITIONAL FAMILY HOMES - The Life Skills Specialist is responsible for assisting in the coordination of residential services and providing professional treatment and care to residents in a foster home setting. Provides a range of counseling and skills training services to youths and their families, tracking and reporting on treatment progress. Provides in-home support and arranges respite for the transitional family parents and youth in placement as required in the treatment plan for the Transitional Family Home Program. Supports the transitional foster family parents in the Transitional Family Home Program. Coordinates and implements the youth's treatment plan related to social and independent living skills. 30 hours per week, available 24/7.
